All fulfilled orders and in-person sales are final and not eligible for returns.
Many hours of thoughtful design and hand crafting go into each piece I create. Because I want your hand-knit creation to warm your heart, please contact me if there are any issues with your purchase, and I will do my best to assist you.
Full refunds will be offered if I receive more orders than I am able to fulfill.
If I receive more Made to Order or Custom Design requests than I can realistically knit up within 2-8 weeks, I will notify you of your position in the order queue and estimated time to project completion. You can choose whether to remain in the queue or cancel the order for a full refund.
Full refunds will be offered if yarn/color choices are unavailable.
If the yarn or colors you select are out of stock or on back order, I will notify you right away. You can either change your order to a yarn or color that is more available, wait out the delay, or cancel the order for a full refund.
Partial refunds may be offered for unforeseen supply delays.
Sometimes suppliers do not fulfill orders by the expected delivery date. Once I've sourced and bought materials for a specific project, order cancellations due to excessive supplier delays may only be eligible for a partial refund to cover unreimbursed time and material costs.
